Profhilo: rejuvenation without volume

Hyaluronic acid is well-known for its use in most fillers designed to add volume and fill wrinkles. Profhilo, however, has different properties; instead of adding volume, it activates your skin’s natural processes. What is Profhilo?

Profhilo is an anti-aging product with pure hyaluronic acid without additives. Treatments with this product have been successfully performed for years. The effectiveness of Profhilo comes from its ability to stimulate the production of collagen (types 1, 3, 4, and 7), elastin, and even fat tissue, known as bioremodelling.

The treatment is ideal for remodelling the entire face, improving and firming the skin, and can also be used for body areas with skin laxity, such as the neck, décolleté, hands, and even upper arms, legs, and abdomen. The result is very natural, with firmer skin and a beautiful glow, essentially turning back the clock a few years.

Results

Two to three treatments are needed, with a one-month interval. For clients under 30, good results can be achieved with two treatments. However, in almost all other cases, a series of three treatments yields much better results. As this treatment stimulates the skin, results are not immediately visible. Positive effects are noticeable from 4-6 weeks after the first treatment. After the second treatment, collagen and elastin production increases further. The treatment can be applied to multiple zones and combined with other treatments like injectables and fillers.

The treatment is quick, minimally painful, and the chance of side effects is low due to the natural material used. The face is treated with about five injections on each side, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
