Forever Young BBL: A revolutionary maintenance treatment based on IPL

As time passes, aging inevitably leaves its mark, often most visible on our skin. As collagen production slows down, skin may lose its firmness, leading to the emergence of wrinkles, age spots, and uneven pigmentation, diminishing its natural radiance.

Forever Young BBL is a skin maintenance treatment that delays the skin aging process. It’s a revolutionary rejuvenating treatment based on light energy. The heat introduced into your skin activates the production of collagen, elastin fibers, and hyaluronic acid, resulting in tighter and younger-looking skin. It not only slows down the genetic aging process but can even reverse it!

BBL stands for “Broad Band Light” and is based on IPL technology. The BBL technology combines two IPL systems in one device, making it one of the most effective light systems for both lighter and darker skin types.

Forever Young BBL is ideal for treating pigment spots, rosacea, and visible veins. It penetrates deep into the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. By using multiple wavelengths, it can address several skin concerns simultaneously.

Who is Forever Young BBL suitable for?

The Forever Young BBL treatment is suitable for anyone seeking younger-looking skin or aiming to maintain their youthful appearance. In addition to slowing down the aging process, it removes or reduces visible signs of aging and can be used to treat:

1

Fine lines and wrinkles
2

Improving skin tone
3

Pigment spots and freckles
4

Redness and visible blood vessels, rosacea, and port wine stains
5

Large pores
6

Acne

How does Forever Young BBL work?

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is used for various skin conditions and, like Forever Young BBL, utilizes light of different wavelengths. Most IPL devices can treat only one specific indication, such as pigment spots. If you also want to treat veins, you’d need an additional IPL treatment. However, you can specifically reduce your pigment spots. In that case, the pigment spot filter is used.

Forever Young BBL reaches deep into the cell and activates the genes characteristic of youthful skin while inhibiting genes associated with skin aging. Thus, your skin produces more of the proteins and other building blocks it had when younger.

New skin cells are essentially programmed to be younger, resulting in a more beautiful and youthful-looking skin.

Evidence of effectiveness

After a series (2-4) of treatments, the skin not only appears younger but also undergoes genetic changes to be younger, which is unique. Research from Stanford University has shown that Forever Young BBL treatment alters gene expression, actively promoting collagen and elastin production over time, reducing wrinkles, fading pigment spots, and making the skin look years younger.

Starting vs. Maintenance

When you begin Forever Young BBL, you start with an initial course of treatment. This consists of a minimum of 3-4 treatments spaced 3-5 weeks apart. After this course, the skin appears visibly smoother, tighter, and healthier.
While Forever Young BBL slows down the aging process, it does not completely stop it. Skin cells still age, and over time, they will produce less collagen. Therefore, it is recommended to choose Forever Young BBL treatment at least twice a year after a rejuvenation course. This regimen stimulates collagen production regularly, treats signs of aging (pigment spots, wrinkles, large pores, etc.), and helps you maintain a younger and healthier appearance.

The number of required treatments varies from person to person. Three to four treatments per year provide optimal results. Long-term studies have shown that regular treatment delays the aging process; participants appeared younger after the study than they did when they started treatments ten years earlier.

It’s important to note that pigment spots and blood vessels usually diminish significantly or even disappear after 2 or 3 treatments. If you’re interested only in treating these issues, that’s certainly an option. Naturally, you won’t need an initial course, and the cost of individual treatment will be lower than for a full Forever Young BBL treatment.

Forever Young BBL combined with HIFU

After a BBL treatment, you can choose to tighten your neck, jawline, or entire face, for example. The Ultraformer III HIFU treatment heats the deeper layers of the skin, resulting in a firming and lifting effect. The heating process also stimulates new collagen production while simultaneously protecting the epidermis with contact cooling, ensuring maximum safety and comfort during treatment.
